Taitung Community Service-Learning Programme
2023/24 Term 1
Objectives
- To cultivate a sense of community service in Chung Chi students;
- To provide students with opportunities to get in touch with different segments of society, broadening their horizons, and strengthening their critical thinking on social issues; and
- To provide students with opportunities to further develop personal growth and enhance social skills through reflective journals, evaluation meetings, and discussions in seminars.
Eligibility
- Students who will promote to Year 3 or above in 2023/2024; OR
- Senior year entrants students who will promote to Year 2 or above in 2023/2024

Themes of Service-Learning
- Know about the community work and the network of social enterprise in Taitung;
- Preserve the traditional culture and address the community needs through social innovation; and

Fee and Deposit
HKD$5,500 | Deposit of HKD$3,000 is refundable upon completion of programme; in case of withdrawal from the programme, the deposit will not be refunded.
